About our Energy Saving Agreement (ESA) ProgramService Agreements: Your Key to Peace of Mind.

With a Johnson's Energy Savings Agreement, you'll receive a Precision Tune-Up (PTU) and Professional Cleaning on your heating and air conditioning equipment. We customize the ESA to the equipment you have in your home (one-unit or two-unit ESAs).

This type of equipment service is recognized in our industry as the best way to maximize your energy efficiency, which in turn saves you money on heating and cooling costs. Our ESA program also promotes a safer environment for your family because we perform special safety checks that guard against deadly carbon monoxide leaks.

Precision Tune-Ups and Professional Cleanings

Johnson's Precision Tune-ups (PTU's) include materials used regularly in servicing the equipment such as:

  • oil filters
  • nozzles
  • special cleaners
  • detergents
  • lubricants

The maintainance that is performed on your equipment during a PTU depends on the type of equipment you have. We offer expert service on all brands and types of heating and cooling units.

  • A 10% discount on any parts needed

If you would move to a new home, the ESA is transferable, regardless of whether or not the equipment is the same. It doesn't matter if your old home had a gas furnace and your new home has an oil boiler. (Different rates may apply.) OR, use the ESA as a sales feature when selling your present home.
